Abstracts

SUBMISSION OF THE ABSTRACTS AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Abstracts should be written in Times New Roman font at maximum size of letters 12, with single spacing in A4 format.
It should not contain more than 300 words, including the title, names, and surnames of the authors, the institution from which they come and the content of the abstract, and a maximum of 5 keywords.
Abstracts should be as concise as possible and include the following subtitles:
INTRODUCTION, OBJECTIVES, MATERIAL, METHODS, RESULTS and CONCLUSION
Oral lectures may be in the native language, but presentations MUST BE IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
Poster presentations will be performed exclusively electronically on LCD screens. and because of that presentations should be made as Power Point presentations, and that 16:9 format, with a maximum of 5 slides.
Abstracts and poster presentations must be written in English language.

* ACCEPTED LECTURES AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS ENABLE CME POINTS, BUT ONLY FOR THE AUTHOR-FIRST HOLDER OF THE ABSTRACT.

  • The scientific board will bring decisions for all APPROVED ABSTRACT AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS.
  • DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS IS 30.03.2025.
  • DEADLINE FOR CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS IS 06.04.2025.
  • Only those papers for which the registration fee has been paid, according to one of the conditions described in the First announcement, will be printed in the Abstract book.

NOTE:

USING PERSONAL LAPTOPS FOR PRESENTATIONS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.

TO ENSURE UNINTERRUPTED SESSIONS, AS WELL AS CHECK FOR VIRUSES AND OTHER ISSUES, ALL PRESENTATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE ORGANIZER AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE DAY OF THE PRESENTATION.
